Shireen Bell: ARNET Board Chair, RN and Nurse Educator

Hello! My name is Shireen Bell and as the Alberta Registered Nurses Educational Trust (ARNET) Board Chair, I welcome you to check-in with us on the latest news and events!

I have been an RN for just over 30 years, I am a wife and mom of three grown children, I live in Red Deer and I work as a nurse educator at Red Deer College.

What an honour it is to be the Board Chair! We have amazing staff and board members that are hard at work for Albertans! What does that mean for me? I am part of a team that supports the ongoing education of RNs and NPs who strive to provide quality care for our communities across our province. We care about nurses, we care about Albertans and together, we look forward to doing awesome things!
